Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Chasing Bliss. We recognize that sometimes an item may not work out and we want to ensure that you have flexibility to find something that suits you better. With the option of store credit, you can select a different product that better aligns with your needs without having to worry about the hassle of refunds. This store credit can be applied to any of your future purchases.

The Policy: We have a 7 day return policy. You have a 7 day window from the date of delivery to ship the item back to us. Returns received outside the window may be denied. To be eligible for this store credit, your items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with the tags still on and in the original packaging. Please ensure all returns are free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear. We kindly recommend double-checking your items before sending them back. Please note that we have the right to refuse the return if items appear in this condition.

Preorder Policy & Important Information 🤍Please note that preorder arrival dates are estimated and subject to vendor/shipping delays outside of Chasing Bliss Boutique’s control. Because preorder inventory is ordered specifically based on customer demand and sizing requests, preorder purchases cannot be canceled once placed and are eligible for store credit only.
